Qualifications

• Strong skills in student assessment, case management, and crisis intervention, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and care.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust with students, families, and staff.
• Ability to design and deliver social-emotional learning initiatives, group sessions, and workshops that support student well-being and inclusion.
• Knowledge of child protection principles, safeguarding practices, and ethical standards related to confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and maintain accurate records.
