Job summary

Kempinski Hotels in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Recruitment Executive to support sourcing, screening and onboarding for hotel vacancies. You will coordinate day-to-day talent acquisition operations and promote the brand as an employer of choice.

You will collaborate with Department Heads, manage recruitment logistics, and assist in travel arrangements for new joiners, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and timely communication across HR teams.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience within a 5-Star Luxury Hotel environment.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills.
• Excellent candidate assessment, screening, and interview skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication capabilities to liaise effectively with candidates and department heads.

Responsibilities

• Supports the execution of talent sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and hire suitable candidates for hotel roles.
• Regularly updates the recruitment tracker, headcount reports, and talent database.
• Posts vacant positions on the Kempinski Career Site.
• Screens applications, conducts initial interviews, and coordinates reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
• Communicates regularly with Department Heads and Hiring Managers regarding ongoing hiring status and candidate updates.
• Prepares employment contracts under the guidance of HR leadership.
• Maintains professional correspondence with candidates, recruitment agencies, and educational institutions in a timely manner.
• Proactively utilizes social media platforms and job portals to source talent.
• Assists in organizing and participating in career fairs, localization programs, and career open days.
• Coordinates with external agencies for high-volume recruitment needs as directed by HR management.
