100Hires, Inc. is seeking a Head of Fixed Assets and Inventory to lead the asset and inventory control within the Finance Department in Doha, Qatar.

The role requires deep IFRS expertise, ERP proficiency (Oracle/SAP), and extensive GCC experience to ensure accurate asset records and timely period-end closing. The candidate will drive policy compliance, asset verification, depreciation, and annual physical counts while coordinating with auditors and insurance providers in a high-volume healthcare

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of accounting experience, including 5+ years in supervisory roles in Fixed Assets and Inventory.
• 5+ years in the hospital/healthcare sector and 5+ years in the GCC.
• Proven experience managing high-volume Fixed Assets and Inventory in ERP systems.
• Experience working in an IFRS environment.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to strategy, annual plans, policies, and procedures for the department.
• Manage fixed assets and inventory financial activities, capex monitoring, and policy compliant reporting.
• Oversee asset tagging, verification, transfers, revaluation, and retirement processes.
• Coordinate depreciation, month-end close, and asset-related reporting.
• Lead physical counts with cross-functional teams and ensure asset records are accurate.
• Coordinate insurance for fixed assets and inventory and liaise with auditors.
