Job summary

GISMIC Doha is seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Engineer to join our major Oil & Gas Engineering & Construction team in Doha, Qatar. You will lead project controls, budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring across large-scale projects.

You will oversee KPIs, dashboards and reporting, drive digitalization and automation, and coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Engineering background.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, with relevant project controls experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and project controls tools; Primavera and Sciforma experience is an advantage.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, data analysis and performance reporting.
• Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead project controls, budgeting, forecasting and performance monitoring.
• Manage project KPIs, dashboards, cost analysis and management reporting.
• Oversee material management, inventory optimization and stock control.
• Manage and improve project controls systems, including SAP, Sciforma and Primavera.
• Drive digitalization, automation and Power BI reporting initiatives.
• Lead project controls analysts and coordinate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Operations teams.
• Identify risks, improve processes and support effective project delivery.
