Qualifications

• High School Qualification with at least 4 years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years of job-related experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in hotels or restaurants.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Basic computer literacy with POS system knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of dining and cafe outlets ensuring cleanliness, service quality, and hygiene standards.
• Train and supervise staff to meet HACCP, safety, SOP, CCP, and hygiene requirements.
• Interact with guests to ensure service needs are met professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory audits of crockery, cutlery, glassware, linens, and beverage stocks.
• Provide hands-on operational support during peak service periods.
