Job summary

The Ned Doha invites a passionate Demi Chef de Partie to join its renowned culinary team in Doha. You will assist the Chef de Partie, prepare and present dishes to the highest standards, and maintain hygiene and safety across your section in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef ready to step up.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in managing your assigned section.
• Prepare and present dishes in line with our quality and presentation standards.
• Carry out all meat, fish, poultry, and vegetable preparations.
• Ensure consistency, portion control, and attention to detail in every plate.
• Clean and maintain kitchen areas, equipment and tools to Health & Safety standards.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Ensure proper handling of all food items in accordance with health and hygiene procedures.
• Support the team during service to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Continuously learn and develop your culinary skills.
