Job summary

The position delivers the EPMO mandate through a dedicated role, providing a direct CEO-facing mechanism for timely issue resolution across reporting cycles.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in major projects delivery.
• Gulf or wider MENA delivery experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of holding senior stakeholders (CEO/COO/project director level) accountable in a forum setting.
• Experience taking construction disputes or escalations through to resolution.
• Genuine construction industry experience is essential; not a generic PMO/finance role.

Responsibilities

• Review entity-reported project status against evidence and escalate discrepancies.
• Escalate delegation-of-authority and signatory findings immediately when identified.
• Provide EPMO mandate delivery through a CEO-facing mechanism for timely issue resolution.
• Represent EPMO in entity-level delivery review forums and hold leaders accountable.
