Job summary

Vodafone is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate end-to-end delivery for Enterprise Customer solutions across Fixed, Mobile and Managed Services. The role emphasizes risk mitigation, milestone achievement, and adherence to quality, time, and budget constraints.

You will manage documentation, run status meetings with the line manager, and ensure on-time delivery while driving revenue realization and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT.
• PRINCE2 or PMP/PMI certification, or equivalent, is advantageous.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant PM experience in telecom or IT.
• Experience in Enterprise Markets & Customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery activities for Enterprise Customer solutions across Fixed, Mobile and Managed Services.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies to ensure delivery.
• Conduct regular status update meetings with line manager to keep deliveries on track.
• Maintain and update a database of project documents.
• Organize all stages of the project cycle for Enterprise Customers within agreed time, quality and budget; ensure customer acceptance up to first bill check.
• Aim for 100% performance on all milestones and KPIs (Time, Quality, Budget).
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
• Deliver projects within defined financial, time and quality targets.
• Realise revenue through timely project implementation.
