Aspetar Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Hospital in Doha is seeking a CSSD Supervisor to oversee all sterilisation processes and train staff. You will ensure quality controls, maintain records, and implement departmental policies aligned with hospital goals.

The role requires a nursing degree, a professional sterilization qualification is ideal, and at least 5–7 years of experience, including 2–3 in a similar role. Proficiency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and professional qualification in Sterilization preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience with 2–3 years in a similar CSSD role.
• Licensing requirements must be fulfilled if required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee work of CSSD staff and quality controls.
• Develop work schedules for CSSD department.
• Maintain links with infection control; apply best practice sterilisation techniques.
• Provide financial records of expenses; evaluate and order CSSD products.
• Oversee department expense recordings and monthly submissions to finance.
• Implement departmental policies aligned with hospital goals.
• Provide training, conduct workshops, and proctor sterilisation exams.
• Maintain annual mandatory competencies and staff development.
• Ensure cost-efficient resource usage and reduction of wastage.
