CloudHire is seeking a Cruise Line Chef to join our luxury cruise ship crew in Al-Rayyan. You will create and execute delicious meals, lead a kitchen team, and ensure top-tier service for guests aboard a traveling vessel.

The ideal candidate has experience in high-end establishments, knowledge of international cuisine, and the ability to adapt recipes for dietary needs. Strong leadership and time management are essential, along with flexibility for long hours and travel.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Knowledge of international cuisine and culinary techniques.
• Ability to adapt recipes for various dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian, gluten-free).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work long hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an asset).
• Valid passport with no travel restrictions.

Salary: The salary for this position is $1000 per month.

Location: This position is located on a luxurious cruise ship based in Al-Rayyan. However, please note that due to the nature of this job you must be willing to travel to various destinations around the world on a regular basis.
