The Ritz-Carlton, Doha invites you to join our luxury resort team as a pool and recreation attendant. You will ensure guest safety, enforce pool rules, assist guests, handle towels, and maintain pool deck cleanliness in a fast-paced environment along the Arabian Gulf.

This non-management, full-time role requires CPR and First Aid certifications, the ability to move and stand for long periods, and a commitment to white-glove service and safety standards that define our guest experience.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Experience in lifeguard duties or pool operations is advantageous.
• Ability to move, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Observe swimming areas and enforce pool rules to ensure guest safety.
• Provide assistance to guests, towels, and pool deck upkeep.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions and cooperate with emergency services when needed.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional appearance and communication with guests.
• Assist with general pool area cleanliness and safety training adherence.
