Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a dedicated Lifeguard at Andaz Doha to deliver exceptional guest safety and pool supervision. The role focuses on maintaining safety, enforcing regulations, and delivering a high standard of customer service to hotel guests in a dynamic resort environment.

The position requires current international lifeguard certification, at least two years of relevant experience, and proficiency in First Aid, CPR, and AED.

Qualifications

• Holder of a valid International Lifeguard Certification (Gold level).
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a lifeguard, fitness instructor, or related recreation role.
• Certified in First Aid, CPR, and AED usage.
• Strong swimming, rescue, and water safety skills.
• Ability to monitor pool areas, enforce safety regulations, and respond quickly to emergencies.
• Good customer service and communication skills to assist hotel guests professionally.
• Physically fit and able to maintain constant surveillance of pool and recreational areas.
