Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Doha is seeking a dedicated pool attendant to assist guests in the recreation area and maintain a clean, safe environment.

You will perform pool deck cleaning, towel management, and safety duties while delivering genuine hospitality and cooperating with team members to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 25 pounds, follow procedures, and communicate clearly to support guests with disabilities and emergencies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck.
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in all recreational activities and areas.
• Observe activity and respond to emergencies according to procedures.
• Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility.
• Assist injured guests until EMS arrival.
• Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to procedures.
• Report accidents and unsafe conditions to management.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance; protect company assets.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and communicate clearly.
• Move, lift, and carry objects up to 25 pounds as required.
• Read, verify, and input information using computers or POS systems.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
