Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts in Doha, West Bay, seeks a dedicated Lifeguard to monitor the pool area, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies with CPR and first aid as required.

You will assist guests, maintain pool deck cleanliness, towels, and equipment, and report incidents to supervisors while upholding Marriott standards. Ideal candidates hold CPR and First Aid certifications, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification is required.
• First Aid Certification is required.
• Proficiency with fitness equipment is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Observe the swimming area to identify dangerous conditions and guests in distress.
• Provide assistance to injured guests until EMS arrives.
• Promote rules and safety practices to guests and ensure a safe pool environment.
• Fold, wash, and stack towels and maintain pool deck cleanliness per procedures.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the supervisor and participate in safety trainings.
