Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in Doha is seeking a dedicated pool attendant for a full-time position. You will clean the pool deck, manage towel service, greet guests, and promote a safe, welcoming atmosphere in all recreational areas.

You will respond to emergencies, follow procedures, and maintain professional appearance while supporting staff and guests. CPR and First Aid certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience with safety procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck and surrounding areas.
• Greet guests and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
• Enforce pool rules and assist guests with activities and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies and provide assistance to injured guests until EMS arrives.
• Report accidents and unsafe conditions to management.
• Assist with towel service and daily pool area upkeep.
