Job summary

QATAR PETROCHEMICAL COMPANY (QAPCO)Q.P.J.S.C seeks a Performance Management professional in Doha to lead the corporate KPI framework, align KPIs with strategy, and benchmark performance against industry leaders.

You will consolidate department KPIs, manage dashboard updates, validate measurements, and drive monthly and quarterly performance reporting to executives. Minimum 5 years in corporate performance management and a Bachelor’s degree are required; fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Extensive experience with KPI systems and performance management.
• Ability to analyze external and internal performance data to support strategic decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and revise corporate KPIs aligned with strategic objectives.
• Review department KPIs to identify recurring issues and improve measurement.
• Consolidate KPIs into a KPI charter and manage the corporate KPI dashboard (BSC).
• Coordinate target setting, monitoring, and monthly performance data collection.
