Job summary

QNB Group is seeking an experienced corporate planning professional to support the delivery and evolution of the Corporate Planning function across Doha, branches, and subsidiaries. You will help define KPIs across financial and non-financial dimensions and assist with quarterly Performance Management processes.

The role involves collaborating with strategy development and PMO teams to shape annual business plans and capex planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree graduate; Master's degree an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Align the annual business plan with the bank's strategic objectives.
• Develop business plan and performance management information at Group level for Executive Management and the Board.
• Support KPI development, scorecards, and performance management across divisions.
• Assist in developing the annual business plan across divisions and coordinate with PMO and CapEx planning.
