Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizen (Mandatory).
  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in operations, logistics, facility management, or government contract support.
  • Experience supervising multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances and base access, if applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily contract operations and ensure efficient execution of all assigned tasks.
  • Coordinate and monitor workforce activities to meet operational requirements.
  • Assign work, monitor productivity, and ensure personnel adhere to established schedules.
  • Support the Contract Manager in the administration and execution of contract requirements.
  • Ensure all work is performed in compliance with the PWS, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Monitor employee attendance, performance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Conduct routine inspections to verify quality standards and contract compliance.
  • Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Government representatives, subcontractors, and internal departments as required.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, environmental, and quality assurance requirements.
  • Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions to maintain mission readiness.
  • Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Support emergency response activities and operational contingencies when required.

Position Summary

The Contract Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution of contract operations, ensuring personnel perform assigned duties safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The role supports the Contract Manager by coordinating workforce activities, monitoring schedules, maintaining operational readiness, and ensuring compliance with contractual and government requirements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Background in operations management, workforce coordination, or facilities support.

  • Knowledge of government contract requirements, quality assurance processes, and operational reporting.

  • Experience managing contract personnel in overseas contingency or deployed environments.
