The ideal candidate has 5+ years in security, proven supervisory skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. You may be asked to attend client interviews prior to deployment and will lead a team focused

• Experience in a supervisory role.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Able to attend client interviews prior to deployment.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams, respond to incidents, and maintain operational discipline.

• Conduct routine site patrols, inspections and security checks.
• Manage security incidents, investigations and incident reporting.

• Train, mentor and evaluate security personnel to maintain high performance standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly and incident reports for management and clients.
