Job summary

Snoonu is seeking a Content Quality Associate in Qatar to safeguard our catalog and uphold brand voice in both Arabic and English. You will audit, refine, and optimize product content, ensuring titles, descriptions, and attributes meet linguistic, cultural, and search standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive catalogue improvements, identify systemic issues, and provide insights to elevate localization quality. A fast-paced, customer-centric environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Native Arabic language required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in content moderation, translation, or e-commerce.
• Experience with analytics tools and CMS platforms.
• Familiar with marketplace dynamics and product discovery.
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule with weekend days off.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive problem-solving and process improvement.
• Strong understanding of product categorization and customer behavior.
• Attention to detail and strategic thinking.

Job description

As a Content Quality Associate, you will be the guardian of our catalog’s excellence and the voice of our brand across both Arabic and English interfaces. In this role, you will continuously audit, refine, and optimize our app and website content—ensuring every product title, description, and attribute meets the highest standards of linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and searchability. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will proactively spot systemic issues, elevate localization quality, and ensure our customers enjoy a seamless, trustworthy, and engaging product discovery experience.

What You’ll Get Your Hands On:

• Browse our app and website for content opportunities and improvements
• Work on content quality initiatives and tasks for existing and new selection.
• Identify systematic and operational problems then contribute to their resolution.
• Check the quality of selection received internally and externally through different moderation and quality tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement catalogue-related improvements efficiently.
• Provide regular feedback and actionable insights to improve catalogue quality.
