Snoonu is Qatar's homegrown Super App, reinventing daily life with blazing-fast delivery, shopping, and more – all in one place. We are seeking an Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with food partners across Qatar, driving engagement and platform adoption.

You will collaborate with internal teams, support onboarding, and help partners improve performance while identifying growth opportunities in a fast-paced commercial environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, business development, or similar client-facing role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of food partners across Qatar.
• Act as primary contact for partners with strong communication and engagement.
• Build and maintain relationships with restaurant partners and stakeholders.
• Support partner onboarding, training, and platform adoption.
• Assist partners with day-to-day requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and partner satisfaction.
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives with partners.
• Prepare account updates, reports, and insights for business decisions.
• Participate in partner meetings, business reviews, and commercial activities.

As an Account Executive - Food, you will play an important role in managing and growing relationships with food partners across Qatar. You will support partner success by building strong relationships, driving engagement, coordinating with internal teams, and helping partners improve their performance on the platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems, and being part of a fast-paced commercial environment.

What You'll Get Your Hands On

• Support the management of a portfolio of food partners across Qatar
• Act as a key point of contact for partners, ensuring strong communication and engagement
• Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurant partners and stakeholders
• Support partner onboarding, training, and ongoing platform adoption
• Assist partners with day-to-day requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
• Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and partner satisfaction
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives with partners
• Prepare account updates, reports, and insights to support business decisions
• Participate in partner meetings, business reviews, and commercial activities

• 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, customer success, business development, or a similar client-facing role
