Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a Site HSE professional in Qatar to implement and monitor HSE procedures on a construction site. The role involves conducting toolbox talks, risk assessments, and regular site observations to ensure compliance with PPE and permit-to-work systems.

You will report unsafe conditions and incidents, supporting corrective actions, and maintain emergency procedures in alignment with client and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of total experience in Construction.
• Mandatory NEBOSH certification(5yrs).
• Strong knowledge of HSE procedures, risk assessment, and permit-to-work systems.
• Good understanding of construction safety standards and emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor site HSE procedures in accordance with company and client requirements.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, risk assessments, and site observations.
• Ensure workers comply with PPE, permit-to-work, and safe working practices.
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and near misses and support corrective actions.
