Job summary

Alftek International seeks experienced HSE Officers for a Ras Abu Fontas civil construction project in Qatar to oversee site inspections, risk assessments, PTW compliance and incident reporting while promoting a strong safety culture.

Responsibilities include monitoring daily activities, conducting inspections, delivering toolbox talks, maintaining records, and coordinating with management to resolve safety issues. Strong communication skills and 5+ years in HSE on civil projects are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience on civil construction projects in Qatar.
• NEBOSH IGC Level 3 certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar HSE requirements and site safety procedures.
• Experience conducting site inspections, risk assessments and safety audits.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience on major civil construction projects in Qatar is preferred.

We are looking for experienced HSE Officers for a civil construction project at Ras Abu Fontas Qatar covering site inspections risk assessments permit-to-work compliance incident reporting and day-to-day promotion of a strong safety culture
