Job summary

Andaz Doha is seeking a Communications Centre Host to support the smooth operation of the hotel’s Communications Centre within the Rooms Division. You will work with operators and ordertakers to ensure guest requests are handled efficiently and professionally.

The role requires a diploma or degree in hospitality-related fields, 1–2 years in Front Office or reservations, and strong English communication. Flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of Front Office/reservation/communication centre experience in an upscale or luxury hotel.
• Excellent verbal skills in English; ability to handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• The Communications Centre Host assists in the smooth operation of the Communications Centre within the Rooms Division, covering operators and ordertakers of the hotel.
