Job summary

The Luxury Collection in Doha seeks a motivated Kitchen Associate to support daily food preparation and cooking operations. You will portion, prep, and store ingredients, ensure quality, and maintain cleanliness while adhering to safety standards.

Experience in fast-paced kitchens is preferred; training in Marriott safety policies will be provided. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Doha property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning and storing food.
• Wash, peel, and chop produce; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers; monitor temperature and quality.
