Job summary

Hilton in Doha is seeking a Commis I to prepare high-quality dishes and contribute to memorable guest experiences, delivering the light and warmth of hospitality across the dining operation.

You will work with seasoned chefs, manage orders, maintain cleanliness, follow safety standards, and support inventory and station execution to ensure the highest standards of service. This is a full-time, on-site role at our hotel in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes: prepare menu items according to designated recipes and quality standards
• Delight our guests: manage guest orders efficiently while ensuring a positive dining experience
• Execute complex recipes: maintain a strong knowledge of menu offerings, handle complex recipes, and oversee stations
• Inspect and finalize plates: inspect all preparations and dishes ahead of serving to meet quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace: keep stations stocked and sanitary while following safety protocols
• Manage inventory needs: prepare requisitions for supplies and food items as needed
• Comply with regulatory standards: maintain health, safety and sanitation standards; ensure guest and team wellbeing
