Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing food for service to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow portion control guidelines and presentation standards.
• Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries according to FIFO.
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas at all times.
• Clean kitchen surfaces, equipment, and workstations after use.
• Handle waste, recycling, and linen per hygiene procedures.
