Job summary

You will assist in banquet preparation, cooking and presentation, maintain HACCP and hygiene standards, support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and event set-ups, and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to

• Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts.
• Experience as Commis Chef or Kitchen Assistant preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays as required.
