Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance System Administrator in Qatar to support CMMS administration and data integrity. The role focuses on maintaining maintenance data, planning and tracking work orders, and generating reports and KPIs to enhance maintenance operations.

The ideal candidate will have a technical background, 3+ years of CMMS experience, and strong Excel skills to build dashboards and analyze trends.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance data management.
• Strong Excel proficiency with advanced functions.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CMMS.
• Create, update, and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and track maintenance activities through the CMMS.
• Maintain accurate equipment, asset, and maintenance records.
• Generate maintenance reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Analyze maintenance data and identify trends to improve performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the CMMS.
• Support planners and supervisors with updates and reporting requirements.
• Monitor work order status and ensure timely completion and closure.
• Assist in developing and improving maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
• Support inventory and spare parts data management within CMMS.
• Prepare Excel reports using advanced functions, pivots, and data analysis tools.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure records are complete and up to date.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
