Job summary

Swan Global Holdings Group in Qatar seeks an experienced MEP Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of MEP systems within various facilities. You will supervise maintenance activities, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate with technicians to keep building services running efficiently.

The role requires a technical degree, 2 years minimum in Building Maintenance or Facilities Management, and strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Maintenance or Facilities Management (preferred).
• Experience supervising MEP maintenance teams.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing systems, pumps, firefighting systems, and building services.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical manuals.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning and reporting.
• Good communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities related to mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Allocate work assignments and monitor the performance of MEP technicians.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed on schedule.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pumps, generators, and other building services.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems and identify maintenance requirements.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and service documentation.
• Monitor inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables required for maintenance.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safe work practices at all times.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and system breakdowns.
