Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a CMS Administrator to manage the Completion Management System for our project in Qatar. You will ensure project documentation, progress tracking, and system data are accurate and up to date.

You will administer the CMS database, coordinate with engineering and construction teams to update completion records, generate progress reports and handover documents, and support QA/QC verification of data while ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CMS database for all project disciplines.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to timely update completion records.
• Generate progress reports, punch lists, and system handover documents.
• Support QA/QC teams with verification and validation of system data.
• Ensure compliance with project completion procedures and company standards.
