Responsibilities

• Support purchasing and receiving operations; assist with procurement, oversee receiving, and manage stock levels.
• Collaborate with outlet managers to align purchases with operational needs.
• Process invoices, verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with supplier management: secure competitive pricing, place orders, track deliveries.
• Perform quality checks on shipments to ensure conformance.
• Supervise and develop purchasing clerks with guidance for high performance.
