Job summary

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a Dispatch Support Lead for cloud kitchen operations. You will coordinate timely dispatch from the kitchen to riders, work with kitchen staff, riders, and customer service to ensure smooth order flow, and monitor KPI performance and compliance with safety standards.

You will supervise the dispatch team, provide training, and address issues to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 2+ years dispatch/logistics experience.
• Proficient in basic data gathering and analysis.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch of food orders from kitchen to riders.
• Ensure techs and internet connections are functioning during shifts.
• Supervise and train dispatch team as needed.
• Resolve issues with orders/deliveries and coordinate with customers, riders, and service centers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and perform regular food safety checks.
