Job summary

Path2Success in Doha seeks a customer-focused retail associate to greet clients, guide them to products, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience. You will advise across all brands and categories, escort customers to racks, and suggest items that fit their needs.

Maintain store presentation, keep stock tidy with accurate price tags, and nurture long-term relationships to foster brand loyalty. A collaborative team player, you'll contribute to achieving sales objectives and a positive store

Responsibilities

• Act as ambassador and manage activities to achieve sales objectives.
• Welcome every client and provide the best client experience
• Advise clients across all brands and all product categories
• Escort clients to racks and counters, suggesting suitable items.
• Keeps clientele informed about preferred client sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Responsible to keep the stock in good condition (price tags clean and stored properly).
• Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clientele tools, in order to foster Brand loyalty.
• Identifies sales process improvement opportunities and provides information to next level in order to facilitate change or improvement.
• Be a team-player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
