Job summary

Qureos is seeking a Facility Management Engineer – Civil in Doha to support civil maintenance and FM services, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with Qatar standards.

You will manage preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate technicians and contractors, and prepare technical reports and action plans. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory, with strong analytical and communication skills to drive quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Facility Management and/or Project Management within the GCC.
• UPDA/MMUP Grade B or C – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of civil maintenance works.
• Good understanding of Qatar standards and codes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English – mandatory.
• Strong analytical, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor preventive and corrective civil maintenance activities.
• Conduct inspections and identify building and civil defects.
• Coordinate technicians, contractors, and maintenance activities.
• Prepare technical reports, work plans, and corrective action recommendations.
• Monitor work quality and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar codes, HSE, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Support project and FM management activities.
