Job summary

Qureos is seeking a Facilities Management Supervisor in Doha to oversee electromechanical maintenance activities and lead technical teams in a safe, efficient operation of building systems.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and monitor HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems while ensuring safety standards are met and performance is optimized.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree preferred, or relevant technical qualification.
• Minimum 10 years total experience for technical qualification holders.
• 3 years experience within schools and kindergartens.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning and cooling systems.
• Previous supervisory experience on similar-sized projects.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Arabic and English bilingual capability required for this recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians and daily maintenance activities.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.
• Allocate work and monitor technical team performance.
• Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health procedures.
• Coordinate with Facilities Engineers and Managers.
• Evaluate individual and team performance.
