Job summary

Qureos is seeking a highly skilled Facility Engineer to oversee maintenance and operation of our facilities in Qatar. The role requires a strong MEP background, UPDA certification, and at least five years of relevant experience.

You will lead maintenance teams, coordinate with contractors, manage the budget, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will drive reliability, efficiency, and safety across all facilities, collaborating with multiple departments to keep operations running

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• Valid UPDA Certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in facility management or FM-related disciplines.
• Experience with MEP systems and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting, leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Create and maintain records and reports for facility activities.
• Manage budget for facility maintenance and operations.
• Provide leadership to the facility maintenance team.
