Job summary

Qualifications

• Recognized Health & Safety / Safety Management qualification.
• NEBOSH Diploma is required.
• Minimum 5 years' QHSE experience within GCC-scale projects since NEBOSH certification.
• Minimum 2 years' Facility Management experience.
• Strong safety auditing, inspection, and incident-analysis experience.
• Experience with Quality Assurance and Quality Control.

Responsibilities

• Conduct QHSE inspections, audits, and site assessments.
• Monitor electromechanical maintenance activities for QHSE compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and monitor corrective actions.
• Support incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
• Implement QHSE procedures across the project.
• Deliver QHSE training and awareness sessions.
• Monitor QHSE performance and project KPIs.
• Prepare audit, incident, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 31000 and NFPA requirements.
