Administer, design, and supporttelecomand collaboration systems, including:

• ADSL lines
• Voice recording systems
• Structured cabling (internal and external networks)
• Ensure high availability and optimal performance oftelecomsystems across all Group locations.

Customer (Internal & External):

• Handles efficiently & effectively the bank’sTelecomsystems and services that extend to all users
• Maintains relationships with selected vendors forTelecomhardware & software for proper handling & support oftelecomequipment/services
• Maintains effective relationship with all other related departments & units to achieve the Group’s goals & objectives inTelecomsystems availability & monitoring.
