Job summary

QNB Group seeks an experienced leader to design and manage the Cyber Security Strategy and Product Management function within GIS. You will analyze market technologies, align initiatives with bank strategy, and drive cost-efficient security programs across the Group.

The role requires a deep banking technology background, strong vendor management, and proven ability to deliver security solutions within regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years in a major bank IT environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial IT security capacity.
• Professional certifications: CISSP, CISM or CISA; ITIL, TOGAF and COBIT are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Cyber Security Strategy and Product Management function in GIS aligned to corporate strategy.
• Develop, execute and maintain IT Security strategy with budgeting, KPIs and risk controls.
• Coordinate SLA/OLA between GIS, IT Group, and Business Units; manage annual budget and forecasts.
• Benchmark technologies, perform cost/benefit analyses, and propose new security solutions.
