Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) seeks an experienced Catering Operations Manager to oversee procurement, store rooms, kitchen, dining, and lodging services on site in Doha. You will supervise staff, ensure HACCP-based inventory control, and maintain safety and quality standards across all departments.

Reporting to the Projects Manager, you will coordinate with production and site supervisors, manage stock, place orders, monitor expenses, and ensure contract compliance.

Qualifications

• 7 years experience in catering/food service leadership.
• Thorough knowledge of food service, food production, and employee management.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily procurement operations, store rooms, kitchen, dining rooms, lodging facilities, delivery, and transportation of food.
• Orient new and incoming employees to assigned tasks; plan schedules, reports, training, and requisitions.
• Maintain inventory control, recipes, cost control, safety, and health standards in line with HACCP principles.
• Coordinate with Production Manager and Site Supervisors on operational and quality functions in each department.
• Liaise with site managers on timely and accurate accounting and production within the site; ensure compliance with contracts and company policies.
