Job summary

PayTech Group is seeking a Card Products Expert to lead the New Value Proposition Card Launch in Doha. You will translate market and client needs into compelling card propositions and coordinate across product, marketing, risk, and technology teams to deliver a successful launch.

The role requires 8–10 years of card product experience, strong analytical skills, and English communication; Arabic is a plus. This is an on-site contract in Qatar with multi-stakeholder collaboration and post-launch

Qualifications

• 8–10 years experience taking a card product/value proposition from concept through launch and optimisat ion.
• Experience with banking, digital payments, or fintech in the GCC or similar markets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to operate in a matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the new card product/value proposition for Qatar.
• Conduct market, consumer, competitor, and issuer analysis to inform design.
• Lead launch planning, pricing/benefits, and go-to-market activities.
• Collaborate with banks, clients, and internal teams to drive adoption and performance.
