Job summary

Coefficient Alliances & Ventures (Coefftalent) in Doha, Qatar seeks an analytics expert to own portfolio reporting for cards. You will build dashboards, run segmentation analyses, and measure campaign ROI, translating data into strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.

The role requires 7 years in cards analytics or BI within banking or fintech, strong SQL, Excel, and data-visualisation skills, and immediate availability or short notice.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Demonstrated experience in cards portfolio analytics within banking or payments.
• Experience with at least one data visualisation tool (Tableau or Power BI).
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Immediately available or within 30 days notice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recurring and ad-hoc portfolio performance dashboards across card products.
• Conduct portfolio segmentation, diagnostics, and trend analyses to identify drivers.
• Measure campaign effectiveness with ROI, uplift, and control-group analysis.
• Provide data-driven decision support to product, marketing, risk, and finance teams.
• Develop interactive dashboards to enable self-service analytics for stakeholders.
• Translate findings into concise insight packs and senior management presentations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure KPI consistency and integrated planning.
• Automate recurring reports and improve data extraction and reporting quality.
