Al Mukhtar Contracting & Trading Company in Qatar is seeking a Canteen Coordinator to manage daily canteen operations, supervise food preparation and serving, and ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.

The role requires immediate availability, local presence in Qatar, a valid NOC, and at least 2 years of experience in canteen, catering, or hospitality management; proficiency in MS Excel and strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

• Good knowledge of food preparation, serving, and canteen operations.
• Knowledge of food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operations.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and reporting).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise daily canteen operations, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
• Ensure food quality, proper portion control, and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining area, and equipment.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety standards.
• Supervise canteen staff and assign daily duties.
• Monitor food supplies, inventory, and daily consumption.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the availability of required items.
• Maintain daily records and prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
