We are looking for a Campaign Manager to take ownership of the planning, coordination and delivery of major integrated campaigns across a growing portfolio of work.
The role sits between strategy, creative, production, content, social and client teams. You will work closely with the Chief Creative Officer and senior stakeholders to turn strategic and creative direction into clear plans, keep multiple workstreams moving, and make sure strong ideas become strong work.
This is a hands‑on senior role with significant responsibility and room to grow. We are looking for someone who can own complex campaign delivery today and, over time, develop into a broader leadership role within the team.
Your title matters less than what your experience has made you capable of.
You have probably worked through incomplete briefs, demanding stakeholders, changing priorities, difficult productions and deadlines that did not move.
You take ownership of the work in front of you — driving it forward, closing gaps and making sure decisions become action.
You know when to solve something yourself, when to bring people together and when to **escalate**.
You create structure without creating bureaucracy.
You are comfortable challenging constructively, asking the right questions and keeping people aligned around what needs to happen next.
Most importantly, you care about the quality of the work, not just whether the task was completed.
This is not intended to be a static role.
As the team and portfolio grow, there is a clear opportunity for the right person to take on greater responsibility across campaigns, people and client relationships — and develop toward a future leadership role.
