Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking an experienced Creative Director to lead the Creative Department and drive high-quality work across digital, print, video, and events. You will shape concepts, oversee briefs, timelines, and budgets, and collaborate with accounts, strategy, production, and technology to deliver compelling campaigns.
You will mentor designers, copywriters, art directors, and freelancers, manage resources, and present concepts to clients.

The role combines creative leadership, team management, client engagement, resource planning, and commercial awareness to ensure creative projects are delivered to a high standard, within agreed timelines, budgets, and scope.
Lead creative direction across major campaigns, projects, pitches, tenders, and client presentations.
Set and maintain high creative standards across digital, print, video, social, experiential, and other platforms.
Lead, mentor, and develop designers, copywriters, art directors, and other creative professionals.
Allocate creative resources based on project requirements, deadlines, priorities, and team capacity.
Monitor workload, utilization, overtime, freelance requirements, and external creative resources.
Identify project risks, resource constraints, scope changes, and potential overruns and escalated them proactively.
Establish effective creative workflows covering briefing, concept development, review, presentation, revisions, approval, and production handover.
Ensure projects have clear briefs, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements before creative development begins.
Review and approve creative work before client submission.
Work closely with Account Management, Strategy, Production, Operations, and Technology teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Present and defend creative concepts and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
Manage client feedback and revisions while protecting the overall creative direction and strategic objectives.
Brief and manage freelancers, photographers, illustrators, animators, and other creative partners when required.
Maintain creative quality and consistency throughout the production process.
Lead creative contributions to tenders, pitches, and business-winning opportunities.
Support the improvement of pitch-to-win conversion and overall commercial performance.
Identify capability gaps, succession needs, development requirements, and recruitment needs within the Creative team.
Conduct regular coaching, feedback, performance reviews, and development discussions.
Balance creative ambition with budgets, timelines, resources, and commercial objectives.
Stay current with creative trends, emerging technologies, platforms, consumer behavior, and industry developments.
Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across channels.
Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience as a Creative Group Head or equivalent senior creative leadership role.
PreviousCreative Directorexperience is highly desirable.
Strong experience in campaign development, creative direction, pitches, tenders, and client presentations.
Strong portfolio demonstrating multi-platform campaigns, creative direction, and business-winning work.
Experience with retail brands, digital activations, promotional campaigns, content marketing, or events is an advantage.
Strong understanding of branding, marketing strategy, consumer behavior, and creative development.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. After Effects is an advantage.
Strong conceptual, visual storytelling, art direction, or copywriting capabilities.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop creative teams.
Strong project, resource, budget, and deadline management skills.
Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.
