Job summary

Employment in Doha is seeking a PM/CAFM specialist to oversee preventive maintenance work orders within the CAFM system, ensuring on-time completion and budget adherence. You will refine PM schedules based on equipment criticality and data history to extend asset life.

Responsibilities include maintaining the CAFM database, generating detailed PM and KPI reports, and supporting strategic decision-making with accurate cost data. Gulf experience and a CAFM Diploma are preferred.

Job Description

• Oversee the comprehensive planning, execution, and closure of preventive maintenance (PM) work orders within the CAFM system, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.


• Develop and refine PM schedules and task lists based on equipment criticality, manufacturer recommendations, and historical data to optimize asset lifespan and minimize downtime.


• Manage and maintain the CAFM database for all assets, including detailed specifications, maintenance history, and warranty information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.


• Generate detailed reports on PM performance, asset condition, maintenance costs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5+ years’ experience in Gulf countries,


• Diploma in CAFM


• Experience in usage of YARDI/Similar Property Management software mandatory


• Basic knowledge of Property Management issues, Mechanical & Electrical building system is highly desirable
