Snoonu invites a seasoned Business Finance Specialist to partner with Tech, Product, and R&D leadership in Qatar. You’ll own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for technology functions while shaping ROI models and investment scenarios for strategic initiatives.

The role demands strong financial modeling, ERP/Planning tool experience, and the ability to drive automation and better cost visibility. Join a fast-growing homegrown super app in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in FP&A, Business Finance, or Strategic Finance.
• Experience supporting Tech, Product, or R&D organizations.
• Knowledge of software capitalization and accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP/planning tools; BI tools advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for technology functions.
• Develop business cases, ROI models, and investment scenarios for product/tech initiatives.

As Business Finance Specialist - Tech & Product, you will be the finance co-pilot to the GM - partnering mainly Tech, but also across Finance, Strategy, Product and Marketing to drive how we win with restaurant partners and users. What You’ll Get Your Hands On

• Partner with Tech, Product, and R&D leadership on financial planning and strategic decision-making.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for technology functions.
• Develop business cases, ROI models, and investment scenarios for product and technology initiatives.
• Manage software capitalization and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Support financial modeling for new vertical launches and strategic projects.
• Improve reporting, analytics, and cost visibility through automation and BI collaboration.

The Magic You Bring

5-8+ years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Strategic Finance. Experience supporting Tech, Product, or R&D organizations. Knowledge of software capitalization and accounting principles. Experience with ERP/planning tools; BI tools are an advantage.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.
