Sales & Growth

• Develop and execute strategies to drive customer acquisition and business growth.
• Identify new revenue opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential clients and partners.
• Achieve business development and revenue targets through effective sales strategies.

Client & Partner Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Understand client needs and identify opportunities to enhance the company's offering.
• Address inquiries and business concerns to maintain high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

Reporting & Analysis

• Monitor business performance, market trends, and key performance indicators.
• Prepare regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and results.
• Use data-driven insights to evaluate opportunities and continuously optimize strategies.

• Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in a startup or dynamic business environment.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and consistently deliver results, regardless of challenges.
• Experience with retail or grocery industries is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, MBA is a plus.
