Job summary

Accenture Song is seeking a Business Design Specialist in Doha to help clients design new products, services, and experiences using human-centered design principles. You will conduct customer, market, and stakeholder research and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

You will create customer journeys, service blueprints, and personas, support workshops, and collaborate with strategists, designers, and technologists to drive product and service innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in business design, service design, strategy, innovation, or experience consulting.
• Strong understanding of Design Thinking methodologies.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
